yu r here i see. this marriage is of course not valid but police should not intervene everywhere police should intervene whrer police work is. I sinceerly think it is not the work of the police. If the marrige was between a 13 year old girl and a 15 or 16 years old boy then i guess police should haave intervened. symbolic is symbolic. it should not go so far. I do not think the parents would want any harm of their children.
