yes break down and absorption are 2 different things.. food breaks down so it can be absorbed..do you know what crapping is?its the removal of material that hasnt been broken down to the point it can be absorbedif food does not break down you can not absorb any chemicalsthe burger breaks down to the point where you can absorb fat and carbs (what makes you fat) and whatever is left you crap outsimple as that

absorption and break down of things in our body are 2 different things so, by that logic no, you would not be thin. That is her point, you think you are "craping" out the burger and in essence you are BUT there are things in the burger that you have not passed because digestion has not broken the synthetic chemicals down enough to pass!
