they're changing the standard to A442 soon, from what I've heard.But yeah, this piano sounds about 15 cents flat, in comparison to A440

It would probably be 'cos the piano was tuned differently.. In the past they may have used different tunings compared to the present standard A440?

Richter's the only pianist I've heard who doesn't treat the entire middle of this piece like filler. He really brings out everything the Revolutionary Etude has to offer.
