used to be years behind,but think youll find not behind theses days,e.g gun crime etc. Few years back plymouth was only 2nd to london for drug abuse,which brings crime,theres been hundreds of deaths and crime for years now in `guzz' as you call it! but its not a bad looking city to be honest
