The Furai, which celebrates 40 years of Mazda's rotary engine and international motorsports heritage is seen here in full intimate detail. Furai is the latest in the Nagare design series from Mazda introduced at the 2008 Detroit AutoShow (NAIAS). Based on a US Le Mans race series Courage C65 chassis and featuring a 3 rotor rotary engine fueled by ethanol. Hear the full sound these rotors make in this intimate video.

No, Mazda doesn't make anything that could keep up to record the car so they enlisted a Porsche to do the job. The Porsche probably belonged to the Chief engineer of this project. He knows where its at. There Is No Substitute. PORSCHE!

Ha, and look what car they use as the camera car... the only car that would keep up... a PORSCHE, It was probably the MAZDA chief engineers car. It's funny how there will always be haters of Porsche because their cars are so phenomenal. Why fight it, just accept it, Its the finest sports car the world has ever known. PORSCHE...THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE
