After 3 visits to the Sprint Store, and 2 software upgrades, the technician finally realized the phone is defective. So finally the representative tells me what I told her to do on my first visit. She tells me they are going to order me a new phone but they don't go out of model, witch means I couldn't get the Touch Pro. I would have had to pay for it, and right now I just don't have it. So I have a brand new Mogul with the latest Software update, and now the phone works much better!!

I'm having the same problem with this phone now bro, it just keeps freezing on me for no reason at all. It freezes sometimes when a call comes in and that pissed me off. I have insurance on the phone but I don't want the same phone, I'm going to try and get the HTC Touch Pro soon as it comes out.
