From the moment I hear the sweet opening keyboard notes- something emotionally hits me as only Ronnie's songs can do. This one- along with "Almost Like A Song" really tugs at my heart-- Sad but sweet. J.J. from Long Island NY

My Dad used to play this song to me when I was a kid. Its beautiful how sometimes what the song is actually about is not what you like so much. Its hard to explain but this guys pain and need for nearness to him woman is not what I feel when I hear it. I remember my Dad and him playing records, when times were good. Makes me smile.

didn't know that about Ronnie... not sure how I missed it. Jeff Healey was, too, as was Ray Charles- one of the all-time greatest singers, in my opinion; also Terri Gibbs...

Also forgot to mention that Ronnie is blind - I have a spot for people who are blind and who sing - Ronnie Milsap and Andrea Bocelli are two that spring immediately to mind!

Im a rocker from the get-go but this song is so beautiful I can't help but get tears in my eyes. I live in Brooklyn now and I miss my Indiana home so much......& always loved vacationing in Tennessee.

Ronnie had a rough start on this performance. He was flat in parts, particularly at the beginning. Nevertheless, he's a great artist and singer.
