With the fact that this is the most viewed version of the vid on youtube, and youtube got this vid far more popular than WC movies did, the title being "World of Warcraft - Frost Shock!" kind of suggests that the name is "Frost Shock!". I am aware it really is called "Deity- WoW Switchers", but it grew to bigger fame with the name Frost Shock!.

Why does everyone call it "Frost Shock"? That's like calling 300 "This Is Sparta!" or calling DBZ "It's over 9000!". The guy says his name is Deity. And considering the other one and the character featured all called Atkins, the proper title of the clip should be "WoW Switchers - Deity"
