wow she's really good! how did she lift her leg so well and with ease at 3.19?? i can do splits but i cant do that D:

I would say both. Your back needs to bend but your legs need to be flexible before you can get that much amplitude. It is something that goes fluid and naturally though not a move that should be forced. It's the same thing as doing it standing when going for a needle scale.

thank you for once on a video about rythmic all the comments just dont say " yeah it is way harder than artistic." they each are a diferent and very difficult they shouldnt be compared :)

when shes doing the move at 7:00, is her leg the one thats flexible or her back? i cant seem to do that because im confused on what to stretch. legs or back? please help!

you have artistic gymnasts: the usually smaller girls with lot's of muscles who do flips and twists and salto's on various apparatusand you have rhythmic gymnasts who only use the floor to perform routines with apparatus like Hoop, ribbon, clubs, ball and rope it might look easier than artistic but it certainly isn't easier ;-)

i wondered that because she looks veery flexible for a gymnast, plus gymnasts are more muscular in the legs hers are elongated more....
